I've not heard "Telus Mountain", but "Tower Hill" is fairly common. Gallagher Hill is the official name according to the BC Geographical Names website - the name was submitted by local historian Golden Stanley in 1985 because "Wm. Gallagher cut cord wood here in the 1930's - his home was at the foot of the hill".
Now I know the real name, I've always heard it was Telus Mountain. Guess that's a pretty recent nickname. - Margy
