Coast Guard

Denis Taylor, Officer in Charge at the local Coast Guard station, guides the
CCGS Cape Caution to her berth in the South Harbour.
Having been pulled out of the water myself in the days before there were
SAR Lifeboats at Powell River, I have a deep appreciation of the need for a
Coast Guard presence here.

  2. Power. If you look where the power box on the dock is and where we plug in on the boat, you will
    see it is the safest and most convenient way to moor the vessel.
