Now, And Then

The Wildwood switchback trail last month, and, below, 8 years ago to the month.

Since the 2008 photo was taken the wood railing has slowly

disintegrated, and there isn't much of it left complete.
Which is a shame.

A retired life in Powell River, my home for over 40 years. Photos of people, events, scenery, birds, floral and whatever else happens to catch my eye between Saltery Bay and Lund. The photos will be a mix of current photos and those pulled from my ever growing archive, but all will be taken by myself. While Powell River is home, I do occasionally leave town, and that also will be reflected here.

Unfortunately I'm dealing with a few issues that require me to at least temporarily slow down on the photography and the blogging. The joys of getting old!

So I'll still post, but definitely a bit erratically.
