The Regional District has made available more than fifteen beach access points
along Highway 101 and the side roads leading from it. This is one, the beach
at the bottom of Armour Road, though even after well over 40 years
of coastal living, I still have a hard time with what passes for a
"beach" in this area.
Love the angle of the photo with emphasis on the rocks. The granite wall next to our cabin was one of the features that made us want to make it our home. We have a nice sandy beach next to First Narrows, but rarely go there. It's so easy to just jump off the deck to swim. - Margy
